Conveyancing Paralegal

Our Client is looking for a Paralegal to join and support their conveyancing team.
On a day-to-day basis the role would include: Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors Providing quotes and file opening Drafting Contract papers Assisting with exchange and completion tasks Post Completion tasks including registrations Our existing Paralegals come from a wide range of backgrounds.
However, for this role we require applicants to have a keen interest in residential property with a view to developing their career.
