Conveyancing Paralegal

Salary up to £30k Well-established, full-service practice Hybrid working We are partnered with a UK-based full-service firm seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to provide support to their Head of Department.

Responsibilities include:
Support Head of Residential Property with day-to-day duties Communicating with clients to provide updates, answer queries, and gather necessary documentation.
Preparing and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
Conducting searches (e.g., title, local authority, environmental) and identifying potential issues.
Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
Coordinating with solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Ensuring all transactions meet legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering checks.
Registering ownership with the Land Registry and managing associated paperwork.
Assisting solicitors and conveyancers with administrative and substantive legal tasks.
Addressing issues and delays to ensure smooth progression of the transaction.

Relevant exposure to a residential conveyancing department Excellent organisation and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment The Perks:
