Conveyancing Paralegal

Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a law firm based in Belfast who are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join their legal team within their residential and commercial property team.
The successful candidate will handle the full conveyancing process from initial instruction to post-completion, supporting solicitors in a fast-paced environment.
The role: Act as a primary contact for clients, handling file setup, document preparation, and inquiries Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing Working with Wills & Probate Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage documents, and manage pre-contract inquiries.
Conduct title and land registry searches, coordinate completions, and prepare SDLT and Land Registry filings.
Manage post-completion duties, including title deed storage and release to banks.
Requirements: 1-2 years of Paralegal/conveyancing experience Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure Strong organisational and communication skills Skills: paralegal conveyancing legal assistant
