Conveyancing Legal Secretary -Poole - Up to £26k Are you an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary with excellent organisational and Administration skills?
Do you have previous experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary?

What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll provide vital support to a busy conveyancing team, handling the administrative and client-facing aspects of residential property transactions.
From preparing and organising case files to managing client communications, you will be key in ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and accurately.

What we're looking for: Manage day-to-day client interactions, delivering a high standard of client care.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the conveyancing team.
Organise and maintain files and records with attention to detail and accuracy.
Efficiently prepare documents with a minimum typing speed of 55 words per minute.
