Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Digital dictation and copy typing of legal documents with accuracy and speed.
Liaising with clients over the phone to provide updates and assist with queries.
Opening and closing client files in compliance with legal procedures.
Scheduling client appointments as required.
Managing emails and undertaking photocopying and document management tasks when necessary.
