A Private Practice Law firm based in the Witney is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its friendly and well reputed Residential Property team This is primarily an assistant role to support 2 conveyancers dealing with all aspects of conveyancing which will include:Sales & Purchase Equity release mortgagesTransfer of propertiesRe-mortgaging and refinancingProperty advice, ownership and rights-of-way Leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and right to manageIn the main you will be dealing with the following:Opening filesGeneral adminDictation/audio typingPost exchange workCompletionsRegistrationsAs a key valued member of the team your role requires you to have a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for this opportunity to join a forward thinking firm offering great career prospects.
