Handle general administrative tasks like photocopying and updating client information.
Audio and copy typing all correspondence to include letters, legal forms (Oyez) and quotes.
Filing documents and keeping the records organised.
Arranging appointments and dealing with clients.
Enter and update data in the company's case management system.
Work as part of a team, helping with secretarial duties and phone cover when needed.
Manage confidential information with care.
Manage case files and draft contracts.
We're looking for: Proven experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary.
The ability to manage a busy workload.
