Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Exciting opportunity to join a great private practice and work closely with the residential and rural property teams.
It is essential you have previous experience of working within a residential property team and can demonstrate proficiency in successfully managing all the administrative parts of a residential conveyancing transaction including:setting up files drafting standard securities, ordering loan funds, assisting with settlements, drafting dispositions and all associated administrative tasks.
Additionally you will hold responsibility for maintaining all AML documentation, diary management and audio and copy typing.
This is a busy team and as such you will be someone who can prioritise your work and manage competing deadlines.
