I am working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm who are looking to add a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to their Walsall office.
My client are looking for a friendly and organised individual to assist fee earners on a range of administrative matters throughout the conveyancing process.This is a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals still in the early stages of their career to join a reputable firm and learn from some of the most experienced and knowledgeable solicitors in the West Midlands.Typical caseload that the successful candidate will be assisting with includes:Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchasesAuction sales and purchasesShared ownership New BuildsTransfer of equityRemortgagesLease extensionsFirst RegistrationThe successful candidate will have at least a years experience in a residential conveyancing department.
Great communication and time management skills are essential.Salary: £24000 - £26000
