Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Salary up to £25k Well-established, full-service practice Continuous training & development We are working with a firm well-established in the Midlands who are looking for a conveyancing legal assistant to support the residential property team in the Leamington Spa office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to progress a career in conveyancing.

Responsibilities include:
Provided full support to solicitors, enabling efficient operations.
Managed client communications both in person and by phone.
Administered filing systems, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
Prepared correspondence, mail, and enclosures for dispatch.
Handled diary management and coordinated scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
Transcribed audio dictation and dealt with routine client correspondence and queries.
Performed additional duties as required.

Relevant exposure to a residential conveyancing department Highly organised, methodical and adaptable Good communication skills via telephone and face to face The Perks:
