If so, keep reading.As a Conveyancing Coordinator, you'll be providing conveyancing support to our Strategic Asset Management team in relation to land and property disposals.You will find yourself working with colleagues across the wider team, as well as with external legal representatives, in a range of property matters including the grant and reservation of rights and implementation of covenants when disposing of Group assets.Day to day, you will be assisting in the delivery of large volume disposals of void properties and other land holdings and coordinating the internal conveyancing process from the property selection stage through to post completion.You'll be instructing and working with solicitors, agents, valuers and lenders in respect of disposals and other land matters. These will include restrictions, easements, charges, sales of surplus land and deeds of variation, so there will be a lot to be involved with.You will be responding to enquiries from legal representatives, you'll undergo site visits to assist with defining boundaries, establishing rights of way and clarifying responsibilities for shared services and amenities.It will be a busy role, with lots of variation and you'll be working with a great team. About youYou'll have built your career in conveyancing and will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in working with property, housing or asset management.You will understand the principles of title and property documentation within the conveyancing process and will take pride in your attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and drafting legal documents.Your excellent communications skills will really support you in the role and you'll aim to build some really strong working relationships as you manage your own busy and varied workload.As you will be required to travel for this role, having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must.
