Conveyancing Assistant

One of my well established clients is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join the team in their Bromley office.
This role includes handling a range of matters from exchange to completion, dealing with all aspects of completions, dealing with landlord notices, updating lender exchanges and also assisting with remaining balances on files.
My client is looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years experience, has a excellent telephone manner and is highly organised.
