Job Title: Conveyancer / Property Solicitor (2+ Years PQE)Location: EssexAbout the Role:Our client, a well-regarded law firm based in Essex, is seeking a skilled Conveyancer or Property Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join their expanding property team.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of residential property matters within a collaborative and professional environment, where you will have the chance to further develop your career.Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity transfers.Provide clear and effective legal advice on property law to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects of the process.Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds, in a timely and accurate manner.Liaise with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure seamless progress throughout the transaction process.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property transactions.Offer excellent client service throughout, maintaining strong professional relationships.Assist and support junior team members as required, providing guidance and mentoring.
Skills & Experience Required: At least 2 years PQE as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with experience in residential property law.Strong understanding of property law, with the ability to apply it to a variety of transactions.Demonstrated ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in simple terms.Highly organised, with good time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate within a team.
