They are rebranding and seeking a dynamic Remote Conveyancer to join their team.
They have a high volume of residential conveyancing instructions, managing around 100 cases per month, and are committed to providing top-tier service in a flexible and supportive environment.
The role is completely remote.
Role Overview As a Remote Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing freehold transactions and delivering exceptional client service.
This role is ideal for a solicitor or chartered legal executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 freehold conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
Collaborate with the admin team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Participate in training sessions held in the office to stay updated on policies and best practices.
Supervise and mentor junior staff as necessary.
Achieve monthly targets, including a minimum of 15 completions and a £10k target.
Requirements Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years PQE or equivalent experience as a residential conveyancer.
Strong focus on freehold transactions; experience with leasehold is not essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
Familiarity with digital onboarding processes and conveyancing software (experience with CMS like Hoowla and Amaltics is a plus).
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting while maintaining high standards of service.
