Conveyancer South Leeds Up to £40,000 My Client a well established Law Firm are looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join their team.
You will have strong skills and experience of handling a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
Main Responsibilities: - Managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and third parties.
- Raising enquiries on the title and documentation received and dealing with responses to enquiries.
- Dealing with the following cases; Sales and Purchases, Freehold/Leasehold, Remortgages, Right to Buy, Transfer of equity If you are a Conveyancer and are interested in this role, please apply ASAP!
