A Legal 500 firm in Guildford is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded and busy team.You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on high profile work.Responsibilities:Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first time buyers, right to buyProvide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and traineesRequirements:A qualified solicitor with ideally 1-4 years of PQE, but the firm is open to various levels of PQEProven expertise in conveyancing mattersCommitted to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellenceYou will benefit from a low-target and low-pressure environment that focuses on providing high-quality work for the firm's clients.You will receive benefits as follows:3 days working from home, 2 days in officeOn-site parking Strong career progression Low billable hours targets that aren't policed by management but are more of a loose targetFurthermore, this is one of the most flexible top-tier firms with regard to working arrangements.Career Progression:As mentioned above this position offers a clear career path with the following title structure: Solicitor > Associate > Senior Associate > Partner.Location:The office is a short 10-minute walk from the train station and has, as mentioned above, onsite parking.
