We have an exciting opportunity for a Control Room Supervisor to join our team in Corsham.
???Control Room Supervisor ?3+ year experience Corsham £64,891.07 per annum?33.6 hours per week - 4 on 4 offJob Opportunity Ensure Controllers are equipped and trained to deliver 24/7 Control Room services, including monitoring CCTV, radio, and alarm systems. Maintain regular system checks within the Incident Management Room (IMR) to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring operational readiness. Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary, providing coaching and training to support continuous improvement. Monitor team performance, including timekeeping, attendance, and adherence to Securitas Policies and Procedures.
