(Configuration, Administration & Schedule Net Backup and Batch processes) Troubleshoot and configure new Control-M agents Monitoring of gateway/Global condition server and Global alert server Scheduling of large no of batch jobs within various range of customer requirements.
Resolving Incident, Changes and Problem Management User generated Requests and queries.
Defining control-m agent in node groups Start-up shutdown of CTM components Monitoring and recycling of Control-M/EM components (Gateway, Global Condition server, Global Alert server) Failover and recovery for control-M/EM On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL.
