Make an Impact: In this role, you'll be the regional powerhouse for Control & Instrumentation systems.
Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining these systems, leading C&I modifications, upgrading equipment, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and safely.
You'll be at the forefront of developing and enforcing C&I design standards, supporting project teams, and providing technical guidance to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers and operations to develop control solutions.
Troubleshoot and repair control systems.
Configure instrumentation and manage equipment vendors.
Support maintenance teams and handle routine equipment maintenance.
Respond promptly to downtime events.
Analyze data and present your findings in comprehensive reports.
Interact with internal customers, suppliers, contractors, and authorities.
Purchase equipment and write test specifications and procedures.
Develop and respond to new business proposals.
Maintain C&I data and information libraries.
Review and produce engineering deliverables.
Participate in various reviews and procedures to ensure the system operates smoothly.
Experience and Skills: You should bring 5-10 years of relevant experience with qualifications, including a degree (BSc/BEng or equivalent), and industry-based expertise.
Your experience in hazardous area equipment selection, control system design, and excellent computer skills are highly valued.
Additional knowledge of cyber security standards and proficiency in DCS/SCADA/PLC support will set you apart.
