To help support growth across our business, we have created a brand new role to sit in our Finance, Contracts and Licencing Team.

Purpose of the role You will provide crucial support to the sales administration process and work with the financial reporting team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of period financial reporting.
What you'll do: You will spend approximately 60% of your time doing contracts & licencing management tasks: Assist with the processing of customer sales orders via Defaqto's accounting and CRM software Raise customer invoices Respond to customer contract and licencing enquiries Process customer contract cancellation requests Credit Control responsibility for 4 entities You will spend the remaining 40% of your time on accounts tasks although from time to time this may increase: Reconcile Bank statements for multiple entities, supporting the weekly group cash flow forecasting process Ensure cash receipts are allocated in a timely and accurate manner Assist with production of monthly management reports Assist with the processes relating to the integration of newly acquired businesses Assist with group and statutory audit queries and data collection when necessary Qualifications & Experience Required A minimum of 1 year as an accounts assistant with an understanding of the nominal ledger, accruals and prepayments.
Credit control (via phone and email) is essential Experience using accounting software If you have experience using a CRM that would be an advantage About you You will have experience working in a sales administration role where you've covered admin, accounts and contracts tasks.
You'll have great attention to detail and a common sense approach You'll be resourceful and proactive, happy to take the initiative You'll be somebody who seeks to take ownership of their tasks You'll enjoy working in a team environment You'll have great customer service skills and be confident making credit control telephone calls or other business calls with clients.
Working Pattern & Location Our office is in the market town of Haddenham - we have plenty of free, onsite parking and are a short walk from the Haddenham & Thame Parkway railway station.
This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 times each week (or more if you wish; we're a friendly bunch).
Right to Work I'm afraid we are currently unable to provide Skilled Worker sponsorship for this position so you should already be in possession of the right to work in the UK.
