Contracts Manager Roofing

Contracts Manager (Roofing) Our client is a specialist roofing and construction principal contractor operating nationwide. They work across various sectors including Education, Healthcare, and Commercial, collaborating with councils, housing associations, schools, and retailers.
Currently, there is an opportunity for a Contracts Manager to oversee schemes across London and the South of England. Projects will range from London down to the South Coast, focusing primarily on flat roofing refurbishment schemes. While the majority of the work will be on Education projects, the Contracts Manager will also oversee healthcare and commercial schemes.
Responsibilities: Manage multiple refurbishment schemes concurrently. Oversee flat roofing refurbishment projects. Engage confidently with diverse stakeholders. Minimum Requirements: Exceptional knowledge of Bituminous Flat Roofing (essential). Multiple years working on flat roofing refurbishment projects (essential). Strong portfolio of completed flat roofing schemes. Clean UK Drivers Licence. Flexible with travel obligations - driving to multiple sites across London and the South of England. Longevity with current/recent employer. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. What's in it for you? Up to £70k salary plus package.
