Contracts Manager (Roofing) £60-70,000 3 profit related bonus' - 1 tax free up to £3000 (company is an EOT business) plus a bonus in the summer and at Christmas Hybrid working (can do 3 days on site and 2 at home) Car or car allowance, (commercial vehicle is also an option) 21 days holiday plus an extra days leave per year for 5 years after 2 years service.

Who are they?
Our client is a successful roofing contractor who have been established for over 15 years.
They work on a national basis across various sectors including health care, education, and prisons on schemes ranging from £10k - £3m They work mainly on flat roofing, also pitched roofing.
They value and reward their staff and have a very low staff turnover hence lots of experience in house.
The role: Roofing Contracts Manager You will be covering schemes in the North of England Good locations would be: The Midlands, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, The West Midlands - Birmingham, Coventry, and Peterborough and Northampton You will be managing around 5 schemes, valued from £10k to £3m.
Typically you will be traveling to your sites over 3 days, and if needed, can work from home for the other 2 days.
You will be an experienced Contracts Manager with roofing experience.
