Regions: London, South East, SurreyA specialist Piling Contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager within Mini Piling working on multi-discipline schemes across London and SE.
Reporting to the Piling Director, this role is to assist with the day-to-day running of the southern Mini-Piling Department.
You will ensure projects are completed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with company procedures, in line with design and specification.
You will assist the Management/QS in the preparation of estimates during the tender phase and regularly attend site maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Essentially, you should have previous experience in a similar role within the piling industry.
You will need good communication, organisation, leadership, and supervisory skills with the ability to assess, weigh up risks, and resolve problems on-site and technically, in a calm, safe, and effective manner, without compromising working standards.
We anticipate that interested parties will have a Civil Engineering Degree or be suitably qualified through experience within Piling and/or mini Piles.
Due to the nature of the role, individuals will require a full driving licence and the flexibility and confidence to travel to off-site meetings as required.
