Job Description Our client, a leading service provider,is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their business inthe United Kingdom.Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing the creation, execution, and management of contracts throughout their lifecycle;Be responsible for sales contract quality, in particular to ensure compliance to the company's internal process, policies and requirementsLiaising with regional and HQ colleagues to manage appropriate escalation and decision-making processes.Provide risk analysis and generate reports to inform decision- making.
Working with legal/sales/technical teams to provide analysis and assessment on commercial/legal/delivery risks in pre-sales and execution phase, propose and implement mitigation measures;Supporting sales and product teams in designing contract/commercial models for sales projects;Responding to commercial conditions of tenders (Rfx) and prepare relevant commercial/contract documents;Draft sales related contracts;Leads sales related contract negotiations and manages changes in existing contracts;Risk management during contract fulfillment/execution.Requirements:Have a good command of basic knowledge of contract law and basic knowledge of financial principles.
Skill in drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts, and the ability to review and amend them effectively.
Have the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
Strong contract negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer, achieve favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Have the ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Working effectively with sales team, legal team, finance, and other departments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for business letters, reports and correspondence.Good project management skills.
Have the ability to plan, schedule, and manage timelines related to managing contracts from initiation through execution, performance, and closure.Experience of working with ICT or renewable energy industry desirable but not mandatory Experience in contract negotiation, bidding commercial activities for more than 3 years is preferred.
Experience with procurement processes and vendor management is desiredOthers Bachelor or higher degree in commerce or law desiredExcellent English and Chinese written and spoken.
