The Opportunity: Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our team.
In this role, youll be instrumental in managing and expanding our contract hire portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational aspects of our contracts, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
Implement company processes and procedures to uphold company integrity and maintain vehicle compliance.
Coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maximise the use of company facilities to exceed business and customer expectations.
Monitor customer support functions with ongoing review and updates to improve efficiency.
Analyse operational and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and P&L benefits.
Manage engineering costs to meet legal and contractual requirements.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience: Familiarity with the bus and coach or commercial vehicle rental industry.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Aunderstanding of heavy vehicle engineering.
The ability to thrive under pressure.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A clean driving license.
