About the Role Based in the North West, the successful contracts manager will take ownership of regional project and contract delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Balancing home, onsite, and customer site working, youll oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, managing financial performance, compliance, and team success.
Key responsibilities include cost management, risk mitigation, and fostering strong client and subcontractor relationships.
What Youll Bring 5+ years experience in project, commercial or contract management.
Building Management System (BMS), BEMS (Building Energy Management Systems) or Smart Buildings experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Proven expertise in financial oversight, budgeting, and commercial risk management.
Leadership skills to inspire and develop teams while delivering outstanding results.
