Contracts Manager

Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Contracts Manager for one of the leading contractors in the region, to join their company on a permanent basis in Gloucester.
The company: Our client operates across 3 divisions: Construction, Shopfitting & Interiors and General Works.
They have been in business for over 60 years with annual revenues of £100m.
They are actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join theirGeneral Works Division.
The role entails: Project responsibility for managing over project performance, including site safety and programme quality Management of Project / Site Managers and associated site teams Management of the design team and design process for Design and Build schemes Development and monitoring of construction programmes Key point of contact for client teams and stakeholders What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Contracts Manager in Shopfitting & Interiors Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively Relevant industry qualifications Benefits & Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 dependent on experience + car allowance/ company car (£580 per month) Profit/ Performance bonus (based on division making a profit) Employee dividend - 10% of group profits distributed amongst employees Pension - 2.5% employee contribution, 7.5 % employer Private medical health care Phone/ laptop etc.
