Contracts Manager

We require a skilled and knowledgeable contracts manager for our client based in Enfield.
This company provides a top notch service to social housing organizations operating on their Wet Room / Disabled Adaptation Contracts.
Duties Liaise and keep in contact with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients Provide an excellent representation of the company and to build a good working relationship with clients Update client to progression Liaise with planning team Provide operational, financial and general assistance to the rest of the department Requirements A proven track record of excellent client service Knowledge on Wet Room installations / disabled adaptations Knowledge on Planned Works Knowledge of the social housing market Ability to adapt and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
