They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager based in the East Midlands.

The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing 2 or 3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll work closely with our project teams, clients, and subcontractors to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, reporting to senior management, and addressing any issues proactively.
What We're Looking For: • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in the construction sector.
• Expertise in delivering commercial projects (experience in hotels, student accommodation, or care homes is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, family-run environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
