Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing works relating to re-instatement/repair projects, ensuring that any issues which arise are resolved as quickly and effectively as possible.
You will have overall responsibility for project delivery, quality, managing resources, costs, materials and health and safety.

Headquartered in Blackburn, with additional support from sub-offices across the UK, we offer nationwide repair and reinstatement solutions, covering diverse domestic repair needs.
The Role Oversee re-instatement/repair projects, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
Take charge of project delivery, quality, resource management, costs, materials, and health and safety.
Survey and prepare scopes for clients, leveraging proficiency in insurance web portals.
Update industry-standard software and engage in customer/client meetings to ascertain requirements.
Plan resources, monitor budgets and timescales, and manage re-instatement schedules and budgets.
Ensure adherence to customers/clients' expectations and handle unexpected costs.
Attend site meetings to monitor progress, liaise with internal staff, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Ensure projects meet technical standards and business compliance, following internal processes and mandatory procedures.
Provide technical leadership onsite and in-office, overseeing invoicing at project completion.
What are we looking for?
You will need to have 3-5 years experience working in in the building/repair industry.
Knowledge of the construction industry Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs simultaneously, deliver effective customer service, and achieve target objectives.
Commercial awareness, excellent planning and time management skills.
Attention to detail and methodical approach in scoping works.
Strong leadership, initiative, and verbal communication skills.
