We are looking for a Contracts Engineer to help support the 'Win' and 'Execute' side of the Atlantic Region business.
This is your chance to contribute to the success of offshore and renewable energy projects while ensuring the contractual and commercial position of our company.
In this role, you will have four key areas of focus.
Firstly, you will review, qualify, and negotiate client-issued contracts during the tendering phase.
Secondly, you will provide support to the Procurement/Supply-chain department in reviewing, qualifying, and negotiating sub-contracts.
Thirdly, you will assist in contract management for live offshore and renewable energy projects.
Lastly, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing contracting strategies for key clients and vendors.
Requirements Relevant university degree or ongoing in Law, Business, Quantity survey or similar is preferred Experience in similar role or relevant industry experience Familiarity with industry standard contracts (e.g., LOGIC, BIMCO, FIDIC, IMCA, NEC) Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated team player with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager.
