Contracts Co-ordinator Wanted Highly organised Contracts Co-ordinator with administrative and/or project management experience to support the delivery of complex national painting and decorating contracts.
This is a full time, office based role however we can offer certain flexibilities with hours to support commitments such as school pick ups/drop offs, appointments etc.
The Role You will be working for Bagnalls, a well-established national painting and decorating contractor.
This role involves supporting the delivery of a series of national contracts across the UK You You will be part of our Special Projects team, offering essential administrative support to the Branch Manager and Project Managers to help ensure the successful delivery of our national projects.
This role would suit someone with administrative and/or project management expertise who has ideally worked within the construction or utilities sector.
We will offer the opportunity to attend further training and/or qualifications to support your ability to deliver the requirements of the role.
Progression - Should you wish, this role has the potential to progress into that of a Project Manager, we have a proven track record of developing talented individuals and offer an in-house Management Trainee programme.
Our previous Contracts Co-ordinator has recently enrolled on this journey.
We ask that you have the following qualifications and experience: Essential Criteria: Project management experience Experience of working on a variety of complex projects simultaneously Excellent ability to establish relationships with stakeholders including customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and colleagues Well-developed organisational skills with ability to plan own work and experience of meeting deadlines Competence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills including an excellent telephone manner Willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly Ability to work as part of a team Desirable Criteria: Experience in the construction or utilities sectors Knowledge of temporary works Knowledge of the Construction and Design Management Regulations (CDM) Bagnalls Bagnalls is a leading painting contractor, established in 1875, with 16 branches across the UK.
The role is based at our Cleckheaton office.
