About the Role: As a Contracts Administrator, you will have a rewarding and varied role.
Utilising their ERP system, you will ensure timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include: Processing purchase orders and sales orders Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on the ERP system Collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively liaising with internal teams to resolve issues Providing regular updates to customers, proactively addressing and resolving any queries or concerns Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records Supporting internal teams by producing reports and providing current information About You: As an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will need to have a flexible and adaptable approach to your daily tasks, along with a "can-do" attitude towards learning new skills.
You should possess: Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.)
