Contracts Administrator

Your ChallengeWe have an exciting opportunity for an Contracts Administrator to join our team in APT Skidata.
This is an important role, where you will be providing a timely, and effective administrative support to the operations team.
It is a multi-faceted role, requiring teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability to ensure that the needs of internal stakeholders and customers are met.
Please not this is an office based role at our office in Hemel Hempstead.Key ResponsibilitiesCreation of new support and maintenance proposals and administration of contracts within AsteaPrepare and send contract renewal quotations monthly, 90 days in advance of expiryproactive and timely communication with existing and new clientsUpdate Astea contracts database with contact, financial and service level changesUpdate new management companies, linking them to relevant sites in AsteaManage and audit contract costs (licenses and other services)Provide contract revenue and profitability forecasts monthlyMonitor and report SLA performance to the management teamManage and process contract costs to enable a three-way match by accountsResponding to contract queries from customers and internal departmentsEnsure accurate and meaningful reports are supplied at agreed intervals (weekly, monthly) Including active and quoted contract revenue dataResolving contract complaints, requesting credit notes/reissuing invoices as necessaryImprove operational processes and activities to maximize operational efficiencyReconcile operations staff timesheets and overtime reportsLiaising with compliance and Accounts to set up new vendors,Your ProfilePrevious experience of working in an Operational/contracts environmentBe highly numerate with a sound understand of financial data and reportingBe organised and detail orientedA confident and well organised individual who can multi-task, prioritising tasks according to business needsBe an intermediate or advanced knowledge of MS software, particularly word and ExcelBe a team player with a friendly and helpful disposition,Your BenefitAs well as providing a competitive salary and benefits package, we actively run employee opinion surveys as part of our drive to provide a comfortable and supportive working environment.
