Purpose To support the Contracts Team by processing specific customer and company requests, reporting internally on the same and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities Administration of customer contracts including online filing, locating specific contracts for customers and company account managers.
Collate contract information for customers and internal Account Managers.
Provide correct advice internally and externally in response to contract queries.
Review key terms of customer agreements.
Process and record all new contract termination requests.
Calculate monies owing using excel.
Assist with the production of reports for the Executive Team and wider business.
Provide support to the Contracts Team and assist with other administrative tasks.
Key Skills and Qualities Essential Proficient use of the most common Microsoft applications.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel to download and analyse data.
Excellent IT admin skills.
Confident in learning a variety of new IT Systems.
Ability to work independently & methodically, by meticulously following process.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to any environment and fast-paced changes.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Proactive and always looking at ways to improve things, with the confidence to make suggestions.
High standard of personal presentation, ensuring that Causeway is represented professionally.
Reputation for integrity, confidentiality, accountability and results.
Desirable Experience of Salesforce.
