CSO (Contract Supervising Officer)Based on Site at our client Rolls-Royce Job ObjectivesTo ensure all subcontractor works delivered across site are managed safely and in accordance with the client subcontractor control process.Liaison between subcontractor, JLL and client ensuring excellent communications between all before, during and after works.Appointed person for set disciplines depending on experience and competency (training to be provided where required).
Main DutiesWork collaboratively with subcontractors to ensure safe delivery of works across site.Review RAMS and challenge gaps were necessary.Ensure works carried out in accordance with contractor RAMSOn the spot audits of contractors during works to ensure compliance with RAMSComplete subcontractor work packs before, during and after works obtaining all necessary paperwork and contractor/client signaturesEnsure all contractors follow local site processes including signing in/out rulesArchiving of completed subcontractor work packs for audit purposesTo understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on timeTo understand and comply with company policies and proceduresTo carry out work in a safe and diligent mannerTo attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required including Hot Works and Excavtion Appointed Person courses.To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required Person SpecificationMust have excellent customer communication skills both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills.Able to communicate across all levelsConfident to challenge where necessaryAble to work under pressure and multi-taskAble to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/proceduresExcellent Computer/IT skillsStrong administration skillsMust be able to work without constant supervision #LI-JB2
