Role: Contract SpecialistLocation: Hybrid/Egham, SRY (mostly remote with some onsite days)Duration: 01/02/2025 – 07/04/2025Hours: 37.5 hours per weekPay Rate: £16 per hourCandidates must be within driving distance to Gartner Work Location (Egham) as they may be onsite a few days per week.Responsibilities:The Contract Specialists provide internal support & guidance to a region of salespeople ensuring orders are in compliance with company policy.
In this position, on a daily basis, you will work with colleagues across EMEA working in Sales, Deal Hub, Consulting, Events, Legal, and Order management.Skills: Document Administration:Effectively process incoming requests from departments for assistance (Sales, CFS, Controller, Deal Hub, Corporate Pricing, Contracts Negotiators, Corporate Legal, Consulting, Events, Client Compliance, etc.
).Manage the team Outlook inbox by ensuring emails are prioritized by urgency and importance once approvals are received.Via Salesforce, effectively review and activate incoming order submissions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to Gartner standard contract guidelines.Assist Sales using Salesforce case requests to ensure accurate client data is used when creating contracts.Signing authority for order agreements and 100% compliance with the legal empowerment matrix.Ensure compliance with corporate policy regarding document administration, including any non-standard items such as legal term changes, non-standard SDs, non-standard pricing, and non-standard billing terms have been approved.Execute any and all special ad hoc projects initiated to fulfill business requirements.Collaborate with managers and global teams to seek continuous improvement & innovation in department processes.Prepare instructive communications to and liaise with global Contracts Department, Client Financial Services, and Sales teams in fulfillment of the above responsibilities.Sales Support:Support the Contract Manager in providing first-line support to Sales on all issues relating to sales contracts and requests for contracts, escalating to senior staff as required.Keywords:Contracts Administrator, Salesforce, Billing, Sales Support, Order ManagementEducation:Bachelor's Degree or equivalentA minimum of 2–4 years of experience dealing with contract matters, client legal & procurement departments, as well as customer order management or sales support experience.Skills and Experience:Required Skills:Contracts AdministratorSalesforceBillingSales SupportOrder ManagementAdditional Skills:ContractsPricingSales PeopleFirst LineLanguages:English (Read, Write, Speak)Location:Egham, SRYTamesis 1, The Glanty Building, EghamIf this opportunity aligns with your experience and career goals, please reply to this email with your updated CV.
