Contract SharePoint Developer – £400-£550, Outside IR35, Fully Remote (occasional travel to site - offices all over UK) Duration: 3 months In partnership with a leading customer we are looking to recruit a contract SharePoint Developer to lead the design and build of a new intranet site.
This role involves collaborating with IT and Communications teams to deliver a user-focused, scalable, and brand-aligned solution.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, user needs, and technical requirements.
Design a user-friendly SharePoint site with logical architecture, streamlined navigation, and scalability.
Customise themes and integrate Microsoft 365 tools like Teams and Outlook.
Build and develop the SharePoint site, ensuring branding consistency and ease of administration.
Provide technical support during deployment and offer post-launch troubleshooting.
Help deliver user manuals and documentation for IT support teams.
Requirements: Proven expertise in SharePoint development and design for Intranets Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and user permissions management.
Strong understanding of IT security and scalable architecture design.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
