What you will doOur renewals team liaise with our existing customer base to ensure contracts remain active and the necessary documents are created and delivered.
This role will also require close working relationships with internal Service Managers, General Managers, and support staff at all levels.
You will also create quotes for customers and build a strong relationship with the small customer base.How you will do itConduct outbound calls to secure purchase orders from existing customersAnswer inbound calls from internal departments and customersQualify, identify, and convert all leads for quoted worksRespond to all customer requirements promptly, efficiently and in a professional mannerDocument all calls, and actions taken on SalesforceWhat we look forRequired:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with customers and provide a customer first experienceMust be personable, willing to learn and be a team playerBe able to work to targets and KPI's and manage own workloadComputer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)Preferred:Experience working in a customer facing roles, in areas such as retail, hospitality, call centre, helpdesk, sales and customer services (to name a few)Knowledge or experience in B2B Sales or the HVAC and Fire and Security industry would be an advantageOur CultureAt Johnson Controls you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in today's market.
