Senior Project Manager Contract | Senior Project Manager | 6 Month contract | HR Systems | Manchester | Onsite | Up to £700 per day Role This contract role calls for a Senior Project Manager experienced with HR systems.
This role will be mainly onsite in Manchester, please only apply if you're able to work onsite.

Responsibilities Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver HR system projects on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to define objectives and ensure alignment.
Execution & Delivery: Oversee implementation of HRIS, payroll, and performance systems.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and manage challenges to keep projects on track.
Reporting: Provide clear updates, maintain documentation, and deliver post-implementation reviews.
Compliance: Ensure systems meet regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR).
Skills & Experience Proven experience managing IT projects, especially HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prince2).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
