Administrator - 6 Month Contractor
Role: Pensions Support Team - Administrator, providing secretarial, administrative, and project support to the Pensions Department.
Key Responsibilities: Handle phone and email inquiries, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain records, and support BAU processes using tools like Excel.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Location & Hours: Based in Preston, full-time (37.75 hours/week), office-based role.
Additional Info: No direct reports; must manage varied tasks efficiently and work collaboratively with the team.
£14/hour, 3 days in office, 2 years exp needed
