Contract Negotiator / Solicitor

We are working with a multinational financial services company that needs to hire a Contract Negotiator or Lawyer for the next 12 months.
The role will involve reviewing an array of commercial contracts, as well as negotiating with a range of the clients service providers.
In this role, the successful candidate will review commercial contracts against the DORA Regulations and identifying any gaps and issuing these to to service providers.
Requirements: Candidates must be based within the UK.
This role is fully remote.
Travel to the clients offices will be required for initial training (3/4 days).
Suitable candidates are either an experienced Contract Negotiator or England and Wales qualified solicitor or foreign qualified lawyer from a common law jurisdiction.
Experienced in reviewing commercial contracts and creating gap analyses.
A familiarity with the DORA Regulations.
Experienced in reviewing and negotiating redlining within addenda.
Experienced in preparing playbooks to assist in the relevant negotiation process.
