Contract Manager

Linear Recruitment are working alongside an established Regional House Builder on the recruitment of a Contracts Manager to join their diverse and dynamic business.
North Yorkshire Location - Covering North Yorkshire - mulit sites 5* Builder focused on quality over the quantity of homes.
The Role Typical duties include: • Concurrently managing the delivery of multiple projects at any one time • Management and professional development of staff • Contribution to pre-construction, to ensure a seamless handover to operational teams • Advocate and comply with company policy and procedure and contribute to the development of company culture • The projects are predominantly retail and housing refurbishment and new build The Candidate • The candidate must be either an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in new build housing • Excellent written and verbal communication The successful Candidate will receive a competitive salary and package.
