Contract Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join our Commercial Department managing Yorkshire accounts local to our Normanton plant.
This field based role will take full responsibility for managing existing accounts including the up-selling and growth of profits within those accounts alongside conducting mobilisations and holding regular customer meetings (QBRs).
In this role you will be fully accountable to your customers and it is imperative you are quickly able to develop a thorough understanding of Sharpsmart business, our service models and our products that you will be managing and/or selling.
Key role focus Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for each customer/prospect Adherence to company sales and/or contract management processes Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within CRM system (Salesforce) Completion and submittal of customer quotations Own and maintain FY sales strategy for specified territory and customer base Achievement of specified sales targets as set by business Provide regular market updates to business and deliver presentations to customers/prospects Identify right fit customers and attain key sales information to develop opportunities Timely progression of opportunities within individual pipeline Attendance at exhibitions/events as required Qualification of leads and progression to opportunities Protect and increase profit within existing accounts Conduct customer audits as required by contract Provide assistance in cases and escalation events where required Effective liaison and co-ordination of Field Service resources Hosting and attendance at customer Duty of Care meetings Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Contract Manager position in Healthcare/Clinical Waste sector Experienced in developing sales strategy for own customer base achieving specified sales targets Proven experience in managing customer accounts including up-selling and growth of profits Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written and including presentation skills Understanding of all Microsoft Packages - Intermediate use of Excel and PowerPoint and CRM system (Salesforce) Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
