Contract Manager Maintenance & Refurbishment £70,000 - £75,000 St Albans Role: Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their ever growing team.
As an Contract Manager you based between head office and site managing a newly won contract for a supported housing provider.
Property locations range from London, Essex to East Anglia.
Works include all kinds a planned maintenance projects, both internal and external.
Experience: As Contracts Manager you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client and customer aspirations and expectations.
This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve: Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
Managing people, sub-contractors and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the time frames required and that they meet the minimum standard set by the Clients KPI's.
Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
