Exciting Opportunity: Contracts Manager at Bell Group!
Join our Airdrie Branch as an experienced Painting and Decorating Contracts Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality property services!
Bell Group is one of the UK's largest contractors, specialising in diverse sectors including social housing, healthcare, and commercial projects.

Your Role: As a Contracts Manager, you'll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget and quality standards.
You will be the primary contact for clients and subcontractors, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.

Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing project plans and monitoring on-site progress
- Managing health and safety compliance
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborating with Estimators and Quantity Surveyors on variations
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 10 years' experience in painting and decorating, with at least 5 years in painting and decorating contract management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills
- Health and Safety qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving license and valid CSCS card preferred
