Contract Manager £55,000 - £60,000 p/a Hull We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to manage a portfolio of 4 local schools.
The contract is a TFM including grounds, cleaning, catering, M+E and fabric works.
The Contracts Manager will be in charge of overseeing the management team as well as responsible for achieving KPI's across the contract, managing the P+L and the customer relationship.
