You'll be responsible for overseeing all site activities, from procurement of materials to quality control, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
You'll manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery across various roofing disciplines including tile, slate, green, and liquid systems.
In this role, you will manage direct and subcontract labour, attend client meetings, and conduct site visits.
You'll take and record site measurements, produce risk assessments, and lead toolbox talks for staff.
Additionally, you will monitor quality control, raise warnings for potential issues, and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

THE ROLE: Oversee procurement and placement of purchase orders.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to ensure project delivery.
Take and record site measurements for contracted works.
Monitor quality control and raise concerns with management.

Conduct toolbox talks for subcontractors and staff.
Review and approve invoices from subcontractors.
