Contract Manager Rail Industry Hybrid with 2 days a week in the office in London £50,000 - £60,000 Bonus Excellent Bens My client is delivering and operating a world-class fleet of trains for the UK rail industry that will provide unbeatable performance, reliability, and value for money.
They now require an experienced Contract Manager for the East Coast line to ensure the fleets meet the requitements for safety, reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction through continued adherence to contracts.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for: - · Supporting and working with the Head of Operations to ensure the companies' compliance with all contract requirements while ensuring fleet maintenance, servicing, and operational delivery of passenger services on the East Coast Mainline.
· Ownership of the accurate and timely reporting and processing of TARA/TSA Paymech and performance data/ requirements to support commercial and contractual arrangements.
· Ensure operational cash flows are transacted as projected.
· Support the management of operational workstreams to maximise equity returns and investment valuations.
· Proactively ensure optimum operational performance and service delivery outputs/metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities for all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will: - · Be an experienced Contract Manager with extensive data management, trend analysis and reporting expertise.
· Excellent numeracy and data analysis skills.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills with an enthusiasm to drive business and performance improvement.
· Well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Previous railway experience would be desirable but not essential.
