Contract Manager

FRA Supervisor/Contract Manager Goodman Masson are working with a local authority based in London to recruit for an interim FRA Supervisor/Contract Manager to oversee contractors carrying out FRA repairs actions.
Rate : £300-£325 per day Duration : 3-6 months + Location : London The successful candidate will be responsible for: ensuring consequential works from fire risk assessments are delivered to a high quality standard, that time and cost is managed and compliance is monitored and controlled managing a team of trade staff delivering high volume FRA consequential works from inception to completion, including Fire door installations, compartmentation and remedial works carrying out quality assurance checks and inspections The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within social housing
